1. Get enough sleep.
Go to sleep 30 minutes before you usually do.
2. Drink a vegetable, fruit, shake every day.
I use spinach, carrots, and a small cup of fruit with water. If you do not like the taste change up the fruit, or add raw honey and lemon.
3. Get chiropractic care regularly.
Chiropractors perform a gentle adjustment that allows the body to heal itself through the nervous system. A healthy nervous system equals a healthier you.
4. Create Goals.
Each month write down the things you want to accomplish whether that is personal, business, or financial.
5. Lastly walk 20 minutes every day.
You do not have to be a gym rat to be healthy. Start a walking routine.
