Oh snap…I’m pregnant. How did that happen? Who knew a little person could grow inside of me. Attach itself like a parasite and feed off me for 9 months. Sounds like the plot of a horror movie to me. If you are like most women when you find out you are pregnant. You have some shock, fear, excitement, a combination of all of the above. You may even feel like pooping on yourself. Don’t do it, pooping on yourself is for labor not finding out you are pregnant. (More on that later.) Now let me put this out there. This may be a very entertaining, interactive book but it also has some valuable info. So enjoy it take it in the tub, on the toilet, in the bed, sleep with it, take it on a date, whatever you need to do to have the best pregnancy and birth possible. From time to time I will suggest some extra work on your part. Now I’m not asking for your left kidney just asking for you to get the most out of whatever you paid for this book.
