How is an adjustment when pregnant done? At my practice I use a special table that allows women to lay on their stomach comfortably. I also use pregnancy pillows. Due to the structure of the table and pillow a pregnant individual can relax on her stomach. Check out this video to view my table. After specific analysis of the spine, pelvis, and surrounding structures, I’m able to perform a gentle adjustment that puts balance in the pelvis and affected joints. I am certified in a technique called the Webster In-Utero Technique. This technique can be used regardless of the baby’s presentation.
